Terms
All terms quoted are per week (or weekend breaks) and are inclusive of heating costs, towels and bed linen with a small charge of £10 for additional logs for wood burner.
Provisional bookings may be made by telephone or email which must be followed by confirmation in writing and deposit received within 5 working days.
The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday
If you cancel in writing more than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday, then 75% of your deposit will be refunded, with less than 6 weeks, any refund is subject to Nantifan Barn being re-let for the same period.
Nantifan Barn will be available for you from 16.00h on the agreed date. It must be vacated by 10.00h on the agreed date
The sleeping accommodation of 6 persons and one child must not be exceeded.
The owners of the Nantifan Barn accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your vehicle or personal belongings or any accidents incurred by you whilst on their premises (either Nantifan or Nanteinon Farm)
Smoking in the Nantifan Barn is not permitted under any circumstances.
Visitors are asked to make good any losses due to damage and to leave the Nantifan Barn in a clean and tidy condition.
Payment of a deposit is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
